Yes. Every document is written to meet California trust law and is signed with a licensed online notary. Legally binding the moment you sign. Mantle is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice; we provide state-specific document preparation and the notary signing.
How long does this take?
The survey walks you through your family, beneficiaries, and assets one step at a time, and your progress saves automatically so you can pause and come back. Notarization happens online at a time you pick — usually within a few days of finishing the survey. Most families are fully signed within a week.
What happens if I change my mind?
It's a revocable trust — you can amend or revoke it any time. Updates are included so the plan can change as your family or assets change.
